The Enbridge Gas Distribution bill insert is the company’s largest direct communication with it’s customers. Over 2 million inserts are produced every month to accompany hard copy bills in the envelope and online. Based on the copy provided by the client I worked directly with them to design all visuals and layout. I was also responsible for meeting the work back schedule and approving press proofs for this massive print run. This quarterly insert advised customers of rate changes, these messages were colour coded for the 4 different class of customers.
